Veni, Vidi, Abiit

Veni, vidi, vici is a Latin sentence reportedly written by Julius Caesar in 47 BC as a comment on his short war with Pharnaces II of Pontus in the city of Zela (currently known as Zile, in Turkey). Veni, vidi, and vici are first person perfect forms of the three Latin verbs venire, videre, and vincere. [Wikipedia]

Later this sentence got famous and people began to use it a symbol of thumping victory in any sort of jubilation. From individuals to corporation this sentence has a particular significance. One of Tobacco giants, Philip Morris International use it is their slogan on cigarette packs of Marlboro. The best cigarette brand till today. This, for some knowledge about the sentence many of you may have wondered what this sentence is all about but as you can see I have done some alteration in the this historical sentence.

Tahir Ul Padri - Why are you creating a fuss?

A Canadian national and a hypocrite. Does nothing for five years about government corruption and suddenly shows up near elections. You are nothing but a distrustful stranger hiding your motives behind beard, exploiting and manipulating an ignorant segment of Pakistan who could easily be misguided by appearance and words of sympathy with 'awam'. This man did not even bother to record his protest against blasphemous film just because he knew his bad ass will be thrown out from Canada and he did not want it. Shame on you!

Taken 2

Done watching Taken 2. It was not level par with the 1st one. I found it an anti Islamic and production of islamophobic mindset. Either way it was crafted very badly and two scenes were just bogus. The first one when Mills [Neeson] is about to be taken he talks to her daughter for about 30 seconds on the phone. Now which abductor in his right mind would allow the abducted to talk to someone on the phone? Second, why former CIA agent was not being thoroughly searched? He is able to talk to her daughter again on the phone. This is just bogus.

Now why I said that it is an anti Islamic movie. Not because it depicted Muslims with disgusting businesses and all. But because the fact if you have watched the movie carefully you would know what I am talking about. Whenever there is a beginning of violent scene there is an Azan [calling for prayer] just before that. They [Hollywood] deploy their dirty games in many ways and this is very subtle one; the subliminal messages. Another movie Body of Lies was reminiscent to this one.

Why this is dangerous? You see a Moae'zan calls for Azan 5 times a day. And this happens all day long around the globe. Muslims listen to it and go to mosques for prayer offerings because they are familiar to it very well. But propaganda movies like above mentioned create a violent image of Azan and Islam at the back of their head [subconscious mind] and these violent images activate whenever a non Muslim hears/listens to Azan. Hollywood in general and media in particular are perpetuating emotionally charged stereotypes against Islam. We have many antisemitic laws I think that its time to introduce an Islamophobe law.

Please do not accept everything they throw at you. You are better than that. Learn to say NO. "Don't think you are, know you are". Morphius.
